How to Use Concept 2 Machines for Overall Body Toning and Conditioning

    Posted by Jason

Concept 2's rower and ski erg are more than just machines to focus on cardio and proper rowing form...you can also use them to get a full body muscle conditioning or toning workout. I like to use these two in tandem becuase they address both push and pull related muscles. This kind of a workout is great if you are short on time and need to get a full body workout.
