    Staying Motivated to Workout and Meet your Goals

    Dr. Naylor talks about how to stay motivated with a new fitness goal or training regimen.  He gives a number of small suggestions or tips on how to plan for challenges so that sticking to that new workout plan is easier and is more likely to become a habit in your life.

     

     

     

    About Dr. Naylor

    Dr. Naylor leads the Boston University Athletic Enhancement Center (www.bu.edu/aec).  He brings over 10 years of applied sport psychology experience (Olympic, professional, major collegiate, and elite junior) to the AEC team. Beyond overseeing the AEC he serves on Boston University's School of Education faculty and is consultant to the Lewiston Maineiacs (QMJHL). He is the Sport Psychology and Counseling editor for Athletic Therapy Today.
